The agency reserves the right to accept or decline modifications that significantly alter the project.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure smooth project delivery. Failure to provide necessary inputs may result in delays or additional charges.

All projects require an initial deposit before work begins. Remaining payments will follow the schedule outlined in the contract. Projects may be paused or canceled if payments are not received on time.
Late Payments

Refunds
All payments made are final. Once the work has been completed or delivered, refunds are not possible. By placing an order, you agree to this policy

4️. Intellectual Property Rights

All work produced by UNREAL DEV, including designs, 3D models, code, graphics, and marketing materials, remains the property of the agency until full payment is received.
Upon payment, intellectual property rights are transferred according to the terms outlined in the contract.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or modification of deliverables without written consent is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Clients may use deliverables only for the purposes agreed upon in the contract.
5️. Compliance with Laws & Government Regulations

UNREAL DEV strictly adheres to all applicable local, national, and international laws governing digital services, marketing, and intellectual property.
Clients must ensure that all materials provided, including logos, text, images, and media, comply with all relevant regulations and do not infringe on third-party rights.
The agency reserves the right to refuse or terminate projects that may violate laws, governmental regulations, or ethical standards.
6️. Liability & Warranties
Limitations of Liability
While UNREAL DEV implements marketing strategies, runs ads, and provides recommendations to enhance business performance, the agency cannot be held responsible for any loss of revenue, profit, or business performance resulting from the client’s operations, external factors, market conditions, or decisions made by the client. Marketing efforts are executed professionally and based on industry best practices, but results are influenced by factors beyond the agency’s control.
7️. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Client Data & Privacy
All client information, documents, and project materials are treated as strictly confidential.
We will not share client data with third parties except when necessary for project delivery or required by law.
Clients’ personal and business information is safeguarded using industry-standard security practices.
8️. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches contractual terms or fails to comply with payment obligations.
Work completed up to the termination date remains the property of UNREAL DEV until full payment is received.
Outstanding payments for completed work are still due upon termination.
9. Taxes, Governmental Fees & Contractual Payments
All payments for services provided by UNREAL DEV are subject to applicable taxes, governmental fees, or regulatory charges in the client’s or agency’s jurisdiction.
Clients are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by local, national, or international authorities related to the services provided.
The total amount stated in the contract represents the full payment obligation for the agreed services. Clients must pay the full amount as specified, including any additional governmental charges or taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Partial payments, delayed payments, or attempts to withhold taxes or fees may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional penalties as outlined in the contract.
The agency reserves the right to adjust invoices to include any newly imposed governmental or legal fees that were not accounted for at the time of signing the contract.
In short: Clients are responsible for fulfilling the full payment stated in the contract, including any taxes or governmental charges, to ensure smooth project delivery.
